Each watch comes with a 1 year warranty.
This covers parts replacement and repair.
Shipping the watch to us is the only cost you will pay.
Servicing can be done at any Seiko authorized store, but we can also service the movement for you.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
If the refund is request BEFORE assembly has started a 100% refund can be honored, you will be notified via email when your watch is being assembled.
Refunds post/during assembly are 50%.
